“Hey babe, your hair’s alright, hey babe, let’s go out tonight”. The lyrics from David Bowie’s “Rebels Rebels” from 1974 was the moodboard for photographer Oliver Spies and hairstylist Dirk Walther for our hair story. Sometimes strictly gelled or with dry loose strands and twisted into small curls reminiscent of wild perms. These rebellious hairstyles are worn by Munich models who bring the Bowie attitude to life. It’s about making the imperfect perfect – just like real rebels.
